Coronavirus Hand Awareness Meditation

To prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, the WHO (World Health Organization) have advised that we avoid touching our eyes, nose, ears and mouth as much as possible.

Unfortunately a great deal of our (negative) behaviors our unconscious, so quite often we find ourselves scratching our face or rubbing our nose etc (with dirty hands!) before we realize we're even doing it!

I woke up today, went for my morning run and thought to myself: "Hey, maybe I can put together a visualization to help..?" And 12 hours later... here it is!

This Coronavirus Hand Awareness Meditation visualization runs at about 8 minutes in length and it takes our negative unconscious germ spreading behavior from the subconscious to the conscious - so then giving us the awareness to stop doing it.
